Professor Patrick Loch Otieno Lumumba, an astute African anti-corruption activist from Kenya, is expected to make a grand entry into Sankana, a community in the Nadowli-Kaleo District on Friday, February 24, , to interact with the Chiefs and people of Sankana Traditional Area.
