Dr. William Kroner grew up in West Bend, Wisconsin, the second child of five boys. He graduated from high school there and continued his education at the University of Wisconsin graduating in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology.

His love for health spurred him onto the graduate school Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He graduated with his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 1992. After graduation, he did his residency internship in Gig Harbor, Washington.
Upon completion of his training he practiced in Spokane, Washington for a short time before moving to Yakima in 1993 where he now resides.
Dr. Kroner has been in private practice since 1993 and is affiliated with the Christian Chiropractic Association, Washington State Chiropractic Association and the Pettibon Chiropractic System emphasizing rehab care.
