Hi!

I’m Zonya Foco. (To pronounce, just think “Lasagna Cocoa”… yes I know….perfect for a nutritionist!). I have been a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist for over 30 years, authored the best-selling cookbook Lickety-Split Meals, created my DIET FREE health and wellness program used by organizations across the nation, hosted “Zonya’s Health Bites” on Public Television, and currently speak professionally on the topics of health and wellness to roughly 15,000 people per year.

I have dedicated my life’s work to making the healthy choice the easy choice, and my participation at Eat Real America was simply the next great step!
